In this course, you will learn what the various types of resilience are, how to assess your personal level of resilience, and how to train yourself to be more resilient. You will also learn how to build resilience in the workplace.
A Certificate of Completion can be earned by scoring 80% or better on all Post-Assessments. A Badge can be earned by scoring 90% or better on all Post-Assessments.
