Description
The Job Readiness and Technical Skill Workforce Training program consists of a comprehensive service designed to equip future technicians with the essential skills and critical thinking needed to successfully certify in Advanced Manufacturing, Electrical Vehicle, and Construction Trades technical training. Throughout the program, students will undergo pre- and post-assessments, receive hybrid instruction, and be evaluated under designated industry-recognized credentials.

Intake
Assistance provided to trainees at all stages of the onboarding application process. -
Essential Skills Instruction
Instructional development for critical skills and behaviors necessary to maintain employment. -
Case Management
Record management throughout training and during the initial employment term (up to six months). -
Placement
Job placement within a specific area of skill training.
Technical Training

Advanced Manufacturing
Technical career training paired with either Registered Apprenticeships or related certifications recognized by national industry manufacturing institutions. -
Electrical Vehicle
Training technicians in the emerging workforce clean technology sector to maintain and repair electric vehicles and related components. -
Construction
Technical career training paired with either Registered Apprenticeships or related certifications recognized by national industry building trades.
